He Grew Up in Roofing. He Left Insurance Because It Was Wrong. He Came Back to Do It Right.
In 1995, at 25, Bryan Stephens went to work in his stepfather's roofing business — and learned the trade the honest way. He learned what it meant to show up, do the work correctly, and take pride in something that would protect a family for decades.
Later he became a licensed insurance adjuster, and trained adjusters for State Farm and Allstate. But he walked away when he saw something that disgusted him: carriers denying valid roof damage claims by claiming satellite photos showed the damage was "pre-existing." It wasn't. He knew it. And he refused to be part of it.

Years later he set a 12-month target to buy one for cash, reverse-engineered every step — and bought it in six.
But the car isn't about status. Bryan parks his Gallardo at Scottsdale Quarter. When a little boy stops and stares, jaw open, Bryan opens the door and invites him to sit in the driver's seat. He asks the mother to take a photo, then tells her: print it out, have him write "My Lamborghini" on it, put it where he can see it every day.
Then, with the mother right there, Bryan talks to that boy. Don't drink. Don't do drugs. Stay in school. Respect your parents and your teachers. Work hard. Believe in yourself. Do the work — and one day you'll buy your own.
